Craig works with worship and production ministries to strengthen team culture, clarify vision, develop leaders, improve systems, and address areas that may be keeping a ministry from moving forward. This can include working directly with staff and volunteers, evaluating current practices, leading training, or helping build a healthier and more sustainable ministry structure.

Finding the right people and building the right structure can have a significant impact on the health of a church. Craig helps churches evaluate worship and production staffing needs, think through roles and organizational structure, develop job descriptions, and identify what they should be looking for in future hires. He can also help churches assess candidates and navigate the search process with a clearer understanding of both the ministry they are building and the leader they need.
